Last week myself and a few friends popped along to see Lily Pebbles talk all things beauty at the Grazia for John Lewis beauty event. We were greeted with a glass of champagne and told to peruse the various beauty stands and try out all their latest products. Our first port of call was to sign up for the Nails Inc manicure as we annoyingly missed out on the manicures at the last event.
I opted for a new green colour from their new collection that I wouldn’t normally try with a glitter statement nail. Considering I normally stick to nudes and pinks I really loved this colour and was so so happy to find it was in the goodie bags!
After spending some time playing we new products we then heard a talk from two lovely ladies from Grazia and Lily Pebbles. They each spoke about their favourite products for the summer and answered questions from the audience. I love events like this where you have chance to have one-to-one chats with the experts- you get to form relationships and ask questions that you wouldn’t ask in a large group.
After the event myself, Tara and Katie headed out for a few drinks and nibbles at Meat Market, which is just at the back of Oxford Street.
We had a lovely night from start to finish, met new people and tried new goodies.
