I’ve been a fan of Olay products for quite some time, I love their moisturisers and their gradual face tanner moisturiser is my go to product during the summer. Earlier last month Olay released two new exciting ranges, the Regenerist Luminous Range and the Regenerist 3 Point Age Defying Range.
The Regenerist Luminous range contains a skin tone perfecting cream and a dark circle correcting eye swirl. These products are meant to noticably brighten and and refresh your skin in just a few uses. I have to say that I didn’t really fall in love with the eye swirl as I really like creamy eye products and I found this to have a slightly foamy texture. What I did like about the product was of course how pretty it looked but also the shimmer it left under the eyes once applied. I actually think this would be prettier as a highligher because it has really pretty shimmer particles in it.
The next product from this range and my favourite product from both ranges is the moisturiser. Again this is meant to even out skin tone whilst brightening you complexion. I think this is such a great moisturiser and one that I tend to reach for over all others as it has a lovely texture and creates a perfect base for make up. One thing I dislike about the product is the smell as I find it smells quite artifical, but you really can’t smell it once applied.
The Olay Regenerist 3 Point age defying range and this includes a moisturiser and a serum, I think these are aimed at the older ladies but even though I didn’t see noticeable results it doesn’t mean I can’t appreciate how nice they are. Like all Olay moisturisers I really loved the texture and consistency of this one, I found it sat on my skin nicely and left it feeling lovely and soft. The serum is quite a light weight serum so absorbed into my skin quite quickly whilst still leaving my skin feeling hydrated and silky smooth.
In all my favourite from both ranges was the Luminous moisturiser as whilst being a great moisturiser I also found it gave my skin a nice glow that lasted throughout the day.
