I’ve touched on how important SPF is in this previous post (link here) but I thought I would share with you two of my favourite SPF’s that I used on my holiday.
For my holiday to Marrakech I took a factor 30 and 50 as I’m normally fine with factor 30 but I always like to wear factor 50 on my more sensitive areas and in case I get burn.
I absolutely loved using the Clarins factor 30 oil as it was a lovely light oil and it smelt like sweets. It also contains UVA and UVB protection whilst being water resistant.
Until the last few years SPF 50’s were always thick and difficult to rub in. I love the La Roche Posey Anthelios SPF 50 as it’s an oil that once rubbed in and washed off your hands doesn’t feel too stick or gloppy. It also preventing me from burning really well as normally even with SPF 50 on my burnt bits aren’t fully protected.
