As we are constantly exposed to UV rays and free radicals it is incredibly important to wear SPF on your face, even when you’re in the UK. If you live in the city you are constantly exposed to so many skin damaging factors so I always try and wear a face SPF whether it be from my moisturiser, foundation or primer. I think the great thing about beauty products now is that most already contain an SPF so you don’t need to add an extra step into your routine.
Wearing SPF on your face means that you’ll prevent premature wrinkles and sunspots and your overall complexion will look so much more radiant in years to come.
