After using the This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray for as long as I’ve been blogging I thought it was finally time to actually review it on my blog! As I love the Deep Sleep range so much I thought I would introduce you to their Sleeping Partners set as it includes the Pillow Spray and Night Oil.
The Deep Sleep Pillow Spray is one of those products that I’m not sure if it actually helps me get to sleep or if it’s entirely psychological. It contains a mix of Lavender, Vetivert and Wild Camomile, which gives the most beautiful and intoxicating scent and instantly makes me feel so relaxed. I’ve heard a number of people say that they associate the scent with relaxing and sleep and that’s definitely the same for me and probably why it helps me go to sleep. Whenever I’m finding it difficult to sleep I spray 1-2 spritzes of this on my pillow and it really helps me doze off.
If you’re not sure the pillow spray is for you, you can buy a mini sized travel spray and the sleep balm in the Sleep In Progress Duo Set. I tried this first and became absolutely hooked on the scent so moved onto the larger bottle, but I’d definitely recommend trying to smaller one first.
The second product I want to mention is the Deep Sleep Night Oil, which I got in a set for Christmas but I know you can also buy this separately. The Night Oil has the same scent as the Pillow Spray and is a very luxurious oil that isn’t too thick so sinks into the skin relatively quickly. If you’re into your luxury pamper nights then you need to give this a try because teamed with the pillow spray is an absolute dream.
