I’m really building up quite a collection of concealers that I’m loving at the moment and I thought I’d share with you my favourite picks and why they made the cut. I’ll start with the lightest and work my way to products that gives the heaviest coverage. Recently I’ve been loving the Esteè Lauder Double Wear Brush-On Glow BB Highlighter, it’s similar to Touchè Eclat in that it gives radiance and light under the eyes. When I bought this the woman on the counter said she would probably wear this underneath another concealer however I think this is fine on it’s on and gives a nice amount of coverage.
The Clarins Instant Concealer is another light coverage concealer that gives a nice amount of radiance under the eyes. This is a product that I really like to take out an about with me as it’s really good for touch ups throughout the day. Another product I use both as a concealer and then a touch up on the go if the Maybelline Eraser Eye Concealer. It’s really creamy and sits really nicely both under the eyes and all over the skin.
For products that give a little more coverage I have one afforable option and one middle ground. The Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer is an old favourite and one you’ve probably seen on many blogs. It gives a really good amount of coverage and is really creamy. I know some people find this quite drying but I’ve never had a problem. Lastly is the Mac Studio Finish Concealer, which is just amazing at covering up dark circles, blemishes and just generally anything you want to cover on your face. I find that if you warm it up between your fingers first it blends out really nicely.
