I recently discovered that Urban Outfitters have some what of an amazing beauty and skincare selection, which has only just launched this year. They invited me to have a look at the brands they have on offer an to pick a few items from their range. Being a huge skincare and beauty junkie I was so impressed with the brands that they stock some already firm favourites and others, which I’d been wanting to try for a while. Their aim is to stock brands that aren’t sold anywhere else or are difficult to get hold of products cult favourites. I think the section is perfect for gifts for beauty addicts or if you want to treat yourself to a brand that you can’t find anywhere else.
The first product I chose was an already holy grail staple for me, the Tangle Teezer. If you haven’t tried this before then prepare yourself for the easiest pain free hair detangling of your life.
One brand I’d had my eye on for a while was Fig + Yarrow, the do such interesting products like powder clay masks that you add water to and bath milk powders that turn your bath into a relaxing floral milky pool.
Mario Badescu is a brand that I’ve heard so many beauty bloggers talk about and after falling head over heels for their Seaweed Night Cream I can totally see why. It’s enriched with collagen and hyaluronic acid to hydrate and leave you with silky soft skin in the morning. The brand as a whole is really good if you suffer from acne with products aimed specifically at blemish prone skin.
Finally the Antipodes Aura Manuka Honey Mask is something that’s been on my wishlist for the longest time. It’s a mask that tackles a number of issues all at once by deeply moisturising whilst also cleansing and delivering an anti-oxidising treatment.
I think they’re currently in the process of re stocking so keep an eye out for some new and exciting brands!
