So this is a post that I’ve been wanting to write for a while but I somehow just hadn’t gotten round to it. So here it is ladies (and some gentlemen) a full review of the Rimmel Moisture Renew Sheer and Shine Lipsticks. These are the latest lipstick launches from Rimmel and as always their lipstick launches are the bomb. These are a mix of colour and hydratation so if you like a sheer wash of colour to the lips then you’ll love them. My favourite shade is Good Mauve is as it’s a really pretty browny nude shade but then I also love red-Y-Set Go as it’s a stunning orange toned red, which is so perfect for summer. You know, this really hot summer we’re having?!
The lipsticks contain a mix of hydrating ingredients to prevent any chapped lips and leave your lips looking plump. They have a blend of Vitamin A, C and E, mango butter, Hyaluronic Filling Spheres, which act as little sponges to absorb water to smooth out the lip lines and Pomegranate Sterols to hydrate and condition the lips.
As you can imagine the lipsticks aren’t super pigmented, they’re basically tinted lip balms with a little bit more colour. I think they’re the perfect everyday lip product as they’re super moisturising on the lips and add a little bit of colour without being too much.
