1.Black Leggings – the Sweaty Betty leggings are part of my everyday wardrobe. They’re so comfortable, last really well and are really flattering. My favourite are their Power Leggings, they also come in a bunch of different colours. Lululemon also do amazing leggings that are super comfortable and greta for everyday wear.
2. Sweater/Hoodie – You can’t beat a good oversized hoodie to throw on for a quick park run, nursery pick up or just everyday wear because you’re too tired to think about what to wear. I love the ones from H&M as they’re affordable and often super cosy. I ust bought this beautiful dusty pink one, which I plan on wearing for the rest of lockdown. Sweaty Betty also do amazing quality hoodies too.
3. Knitted Jumper – If you follow my Instagram you’ll know that I live in knitwear. A good knit paired with some black leggings and you’re good to go! Again H&M are amazing for lovely knitwear. I’ve linked a few of my current favourites below:
4. Floaty Dresse – I live in these during the summer, they’re so easy throw on and work well with trainers, boots or sandals. My go to is Zara, H&M, Topshop and Mango – I’ve linked some pretty ones below.
5. Mom Jeans – I love a pair of comfortable, baggy jeans for my everyday at home. They’re great because you can comfortably get down on the floor to play with your toddler without them being too tight.
6. Big Padded Warmcoat – This is a life saver for the many, many park walks come rain or shine.
7. Winter Boots – I live in my faux fur lined walking boots for most of the winter as my husband and I do a lot of walking as it gets us out of the house with Matilda and gives us all something to do. I’ve been living in these Amazon faux fur boots but I’ve also linked some others below.
8. Comfortable Trainers – Along the same lines as above, it’s always good to have a pair of trainers that you love but also look stylish. I love Veja’s because they’re so comfortable but look great too. The ones I wear are the Campo but they have loads of other styles too.
9. Nice Blouse or Top – that you don’t have to think about but know you can easily throw on with a pair of jeans and look dressed up. As a new mum this was crucial for me as I lived in comfortable clothes and then when I did go out for dinner with friends or my husband I didn’t have to stress about having something to wear. My go to are floaty white or floral blouses because then you only need jeans and you have an outfit.
10. Lighter Jacket or Shacket – I love the rise in shackets over the past year and so many places do them now.
